The website says 300 public parking spaces (and 100,000 sq ft of office/commercial): http://springgardenwest.com/

It is really a mixed-use development, not just residential towers. It is one where as I look at more details, I like it more. The podium is supposed to be masonry and a mix of black detailing with an atrium-like appearance on the Robie site. Mackay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects worked on the project and Dexel has done many good projects. It may well be comparable to Press Block in design and build quality, not just another residential building with black and white metal cladding on it.

Dexel will be using their vacant lot on Grafton Street as a staging area for this project.

"Utilizing this lot as a construction camp to accommodate the Spring Garden West (SGW) multi-unit building construction."

Dexel - Spring Garden Rd by DwN~toWN Halifax, on Flickr

More buildings are being demolished this morning on Dexel's next project. I hope excavation soon follows: it would clarify that construction will be proceeding. I wonder what SERK means?

Any time graffiti vandalism meets the wrecking ball, it is a good day.

Don't think has been posted before. https://cdn.halifax.ca/sites/default...d_redacted.pdf
Looks like they are behind schedule but excavation should be starting soon.
