Yep only one level. USF is ~48.5m water table is at 50m and they're currently around 52m. No excavation happening for the rest of the week, but hopefully the GC gets some direction soon on what they want to do.

I'm a PC for Demolition Plus so I'll be part of this project for the excavation and backfill portion.

I'm not mad at that rendering. So long as the balcony slab edge sheet metal covers remain in final construction. Is that a 2-part composite guard? Difficult to do in today's day and age with no-step requirements.

I assume they're not going to build the 3 towers all at once ? Which one(s) is under construction ?

First time in my life I've heard of a place in the NCR called Laheytown.
