Is there any risk the province won't fund the sites not yet under construction with the new $500 million debt since the casino was vetoed?

As usual, the social housing buildings add the most colour to the neighbourhoods...

Although, I drive past the First & Main site and I think I saw very brown looking mullions on the windows being installed (although the render on the first page of the thread shows bright red spandrel panels, so it should end up looking lively).

That first shot is brilliant. I love the stark contrast between the white shrink wrap and the black mercurial sky.

Yes, facing Dunbar and wrapping the corner onto 16th. There's a hefty grade change from 17th to 16th so I suspect each CRU will step down, which makes sense but will also limit the footprint of potential businesses that would require more than one storefront.

Thanks for the pics.

The ground floor of the Abbott building reminds me of a 1960s roof line/awning line - like the ones on Cambie near 40th.

Pics by Built Form

Karis Place on Seymour is finished and is ready to be handed over. Looks incredible as are the finishes. If only our condos can look this good.
