Hopefully all this time they're taking on the facade they've been working on the inside so many of the upper floors can be ready when they start leasing!
I agree. The Spring side high rise also looks nicer in person than in pictures, but it does seem like there won't be retail on spring side. The ground floor all looks like a large interconnected lobby space.
Kinetic is officially open for students. They didn't bother putting in screens for that portion of the south side garage like they did with Momentum. It looks weird and unfinished.

They also appear to not have buried the power lines.

I remember seeing them burning power lines between two of the poles at that site. You can see the line to the ground in one of the photos above. They might be waiting for GA power or the Portman project to finish before they cut out the elevated power lines. It is also hard to say when AT&T will officially abandon their copper phone lines in the area. It is unlikely they will bother burning those since it is harder to splice and bury phone lines and they are in the process of decommissioning them in the area
I think we were all a little mislead with the initial renderings omitting some views of uncovered parking decks, but i also agree it really fills the area out and as the land north of the towers is built up, the decks should be mostly shielded from view.
Strange that while the W.Peachtree side has mixed use and the luxury apartments it doesn't seem to have the inviting "home" feel the Spring St has IMO. Of course it may just be me but the fenced off parking looks so sterile.
