I'd even go so far as to give an honourable mention to Cambridge Ontario, simply for the number of and height of the spires on those old churches.
... but again.. Quebec City.. and then Montreal. Montreal overlooked because they have a dominating modern skyline dwarfing the older beautiful architecture.
