Does anyone know what's going on across the street at One Camelback?
No, but that Uptown Plaza price might motivate them to get going.

Always nice to see quality projects bring top dollar & hopefully encourage others to not build cheap.

Do you mean the southwest corner? Months ago, the owner did some work to add pedestrian paths between the corner and the light rail station, as well as some ADA parking spaces for rail passengers and a bike rack. These were designed as temporary amenities to slightly improve the land while the skittish owner waited for a more favorable economy in which to develop something there. With the new features still behind chain link fences months after completion, I wonder if something has changed.

One Camelback is the south east corner.

There's a demo permit issued for floors 2-11

So quick update on this R^3 project after speaking w/ a source. I guess Davis was an earlier rendering of the project and not the final one. CCGB is designing this project and I'm guessing the previously posted rendering I put up is final. Also, they mentioned the project is tentatively scheduled for a Summer 2019 groundbreaking.

TBH, I prefer this rendering over Davis’. I like the theme of brick facades like with nearby Metroweat developments as it’s consistent and adds to the character of the neighborhood. The structure itself is kind of boring but it will add greatly once this is completed along with the McKinley project down the same block.

Last I heard, the BMO office was to be converted to multifamily units with a fresh exterior look. Not sure if that is still in the plans or if they are selling that to another developer.

Oh good, they moved it to the opposite corner and it now faces the same direction as the rendering.

The Circa on Central and Portrait are really filling out the area North of Hance quite nicely in that view.

Circa should be starting to fill this month. Just walked by and saw them giving tours to interested folks.

Im really hoping a good portion of the Ro2 project gets built, between that and the Develpments north of Hance Park it might actually be usable for people other than Bums in the next few years.

I guess a new brewery is on its way to Roosevelt Row.

Last night, Greenwood Brewing achieved its Kickstarter goal of $68,000 and plans to open a brewery on 5th St and Roosevelt, integrating itself into the Made boutique and Eye Lounge while also infilling the small empty lot on the S. side of Roosevelt where 3 shipping containers currently are. All in all, good news for beer drinkers and Downtown continues to evolve into an after hours destination

Check out the Kickstarter and some renderings of the site here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/197...lding-our-woman-owned-brewery?ref=bssbt2

Not a fan of that sales angle. I should go there because it's women owned?

Not if that bugs you. The neighborhood is absolutely full of bars. Personally, I'm gonna pick the ones that give me the best Happy Hour deals and decent bar snacks.

I just don't think that's very good sales pitch.
