When they dig the caissons back up and refill the hole with dirt a few times, will the thread move back and forth as well?

Nah, they just stuck some bent rebar in a circular fashion and pushed debris back over it to mess with us. I don't think they are done polishing the grains of dirt either like they have for the last several months. Just kidding...some late day humor...LOL.

when are they going to finish removing dirt and rubble from this site? Its so congested and it seems like they are shuffling debris from one end of the hole to the other to create space to work.

today they were pouring concrete at street level on the chestnut street side. couldnt really figure out what was going on exactly from my vantage point. They aren't drilling for the time being, the machine has been sitting on the side for days.

^^^ It's not taking as long to see the differences in the photos now! It's still like digging out of Stalag 17 with a spoon, but they appear to be using much bigger spoons.....

Dump truck broke down near wendy's...all dirt had to be returned to the site.
