Disregarding some peoples unhappiness with the choice of fake people in the rendering, the Roswell space looks great!

Designed specifically for white people.
Don't worry, a MARTA line will be built nearby.

They also used crosswalk signs from Europe. I don't think they were going for total accuracy

I guess these images serve their purpose well enough, but the creative use of skylines is definitely confusing for anyone who lives here... I see that a lot.

Anyway, that little patch of Midtown is getting dense in a hurry! This is right in between University House and 33 Peachtree Place.

Some large construction equipment is mobilized to Atlantic House. They don't have erosion control up yet but construction seems imminent.

One thing for sure, Jim Borders does not waste time, like um, Dewrag.

I love the design of Novare's Atlanitic buildings. I would love to see them bring that to Dallas.

Dewrag...I love it. I really wanna see that block developed, and with the proposal for 14th st. possible, I can't help but wonder why he's still dragging ass. I think now would be a great time to make a move.

Do you think his "Uptown" branding will ever stick for the northern part of Midtown?

no...considering NO ONE ever refers to that area in that way. I don't think he's made to many friends in that neighborhood anyway.

Why old? I didn't notice many old people.

I guess they should always be sure to include exact racial percentages to please this crowd.

Wow, I like how urban this site already looks and feels. It has a high-density construction look to it that other sites like 33 peachtree place and the student housing towers don't have. Mostly because of the lot size, and because this is being built in an area with prior density that the other three I mentioned are serving to create.

Despite what some think and even regardless that a renowned architect designed the product, in every urban setting there should be space for funeral homes, gas stations, bodegas, daycare and senior centers, and homeless shelters. Patterson in particular is a special building and honored institution and hopefully never sells out to a developer. So keep your yuppie mitts off.
