Construction will be among the first phase of the 4 phase re-opening. It should all be ramping up pretty soon.

Why it changes the height from 1425ft to 1388ft ??

the thread change to 1388ft so we lost our 1425ft building.

No, it's the same building.

There are different ways to measure heights. The lower height doesn't include parapet.

That makes sense. It still may be 1,425 to the top.

It’s now 500 ft. We just didn’t get around to changing it.

well yaarrr if you count the 708' union carbide/chase building coming down and the new 1,425' 270 park going up its 2,133' in all. just whistlin'.

Here's another overview of the site. JPMC had to reconstruct the newly built portion of the concourse between 47th and 48th Streets, the portion which 270 Park sits above.
I don't know how it affects the graphic. They won't be building a typical new foundation here, but reinforcing the existing foundation, and that work has to be completed by next year.
