The vacant building at 1300 S. Clinton St. was most recently leased to Lincoln Financial. It is currently owned by Abridge Pointe, LLC and managed by Via Developments. It is assessed at $6 million. It sounds like commissioners don't all agree on the idea, and the owner is asking for a decision this summer, so we'll see...

The River District Zone 1 mixed-use project is complete. The 45,000 SF building includes Class A office space, retail space, a rooftop terrace, and a new restaurant -

Purdue has plans to construct a new music technology building on its Fort Wayne campus. The school has outgrown its current space at the Sweetwater corporate campus. The Suracks have contributed $3 million toward the facility, and the Auer Foundation matched their gift with another $3 million -

Conceptual designs have been shared by the EDC to reposition the currently-dead Marquette Mall as a mixed-use entertainment and multifamily town center district. It sounds like they are early in the process; focused on marketing property and seeking investors and developers to help develop the site over the next 5 years. How is that development by headwaters going? Last time I was in town couple months ago it was just a giant hole in the ground

Good question. I haven't seen or heard anything. It seems stalled. Probably affected by supply chain issues like everything else.
