The way I feel about Tiffany Towers at this point is that I'll believe it when they're digging the holes in the ground.

There is also project on there for apartment buildings just off Stavanger Dr that is supposed to commence in 2023:

https://kmkcapital.ca/projects/shortall-street-apartments/

Though the image says 6 buildings at 10 storeys and the description says 10 buildings at 5 storeys....so who knows.

Man, this project has been on the plate for almost a decade now I figure. Same as you... believe it when I see it!

JAG Hotel's performing arts venue is coming along. I think it's going to be visible in the skyline from my house.

^ It's an interesting project to watch, and it will only block your view of a small bit of the drydock.
I hope you get some more pics.

Oh I’m all for blocking that view. I’d love for one tall building closer, say where Mary Browns Centre is. The rest can fill in - those three midrises behind the Hilton should be at least partially in my view as well. Exciting times!

Waterford hospital

Anything out there on plans for the Waterford hospital after the new MH&A facility opens? I imagine there'll be lots of people trying to get in there once it's boarded up, but I hope this is not something that will be left to crumble like some other government owned eyesores over the years.

Yeah, I would think that the land is more valuable than the buildings. That entire site is beyond repair and needs to be completely demo'd.

Parish Lane Development

Nimbys out in full force again on this one.
If built as in the renderings, I think it adds to the area
