Pic from the Brentwood Station blog (posted Oct 21, 2015).

I don't see a high ceiling'd underground retail space where the Target was supposed to go.
Maybe that is completely gone now (previously downsized?)?

Target location is now the Presentation center. Don't think you can see it from this angle.

The new location for Target was going to be underground off the plaza.
(2 levels on Level 123' and 143' (i.e. 20ft ceiling height))

That's the unit I'm talking about - the revised plans show only space on Level 143', but I don't see a high 20' ceiling in the pic.
See the purple square on the second (current) set of leasing plans below
- which appears to have access only from Willingdon and the underground parkade (not from the Plaza, which is a level above).

NOTE: The current plans below show the leasing plans and use (incl. office) for the Tower 3 podium
and the upper level of the old Zellers is subdivided to extend the upper mall corridor without an L-shaped corridor to the outside.

It's a bit unfortunate that the back of the plaza will have an entrance to the parkade on one side.

No clue.
In the older plans, that space was much bigger (2 levels) and would have been Target.
Now, it's smaller, with odd access from Willingdon and from the parking garage.

Could be a supermarket.

Supermarket?

I think unlikely.. you have Whole Foods right across the street and then Save on Foods two blocks away... even the Safeway is only a 3 minute drive.. would be a real hard sell for another Supermarket to go in there.

I'm really nervous about that top spot becoming a theater. I don't expect much from Cineplex in general so I'm not expecting them to take that spot.. and if not them, then who?

possibly Landmark. They should be going into a big expansionary phase in Canada...from what I understand. Strategically Brentwood makes allot of sense...

A theater has to go in Brentwood and everything i've heard suggests it will.

Good call on Landmark I could see it be a sister station with the New West theater.

FYI, due to new rules Burnaby has set for floor numbering, tower 3 will have no eliminated floor numbers.

Towers 1 and 2 were done prior to this rule and will have the usual floors eliminated. No 4,13,14,etc. And no 58! I still don't understand that one.

"5" may sound like "No" - so 58= No Luck

I think Rennie said he likes 54 for licence plates - "No death"

Are you sure about that? I thought it was just within vancouver proper. If it includes Burnaby as well this would be a pleasant surprise. Where is your information coming from?

Positive. Burnaby actually started doing this before Vancouver.

I do strata plans. Polygon actually informed of this change when I was doing their midori tower a few months ago.

As far as I know, Vancouver and Burnaby are the only ones so far.

Tower 1 and 2 are the same, so here's a breakdown
-5 parking levels
-3 commercial levels
-1 amenity level
-52 residential levels
-1 mechanical roof level
