The building looks good with the overcast sky.

It really does.

In the sun, it can look really odd with the window blinds, and it gives off some serious "seafoam green" vibes.

Menacing presence in that one! And I agree that this building benefits from cloudy skies.

They seem to be installing kitchen equipment on the ground floor just inside next to the patio area.

Also hearing about some sort of issue with the window washers. Sounds like one of the lifts failed.

Apparently the fire department had to retrieve people that were stuck mid way down the building.

Saw it on the news this evening https://globalnews.ca/news/9541270/v...indow-washers/
When watching that news story, I was thinking to myself "most of the people watching this are saying 'holy crap! there's a building like that in Vancouver'.

I noticed today that the 3(?) dead trees have been replaced -
however, instead of the Tulip trees, they seem to have been replaced with the same smaller species of tree [Wildfire Blackgum (or Parrotia Persian Spire (Persian Ironwood)] that has been planted on the library side of Homer St.

Jollyburger's link to the City's tree website shows Wildfire Blackgum on the Library side of Homer (while the Robson side of the Library has Persian Ironwood) - could be either of those (no leaves yet).

The restaurant space at Deloitte Summit has wraps for The Haifa Room.
Googling, I only see a location in Toronto, so I'm not sure if it's the same business.

Also, the vines on the greenwalls have leafed out nicely and will hopefully spread.

Pic by me last week.
Looks like a vine grew up behind the perforated panel and is poking out quite far upwards.

It seems like at least the bottom five levels of Deloitte Summit are still unoccupied?
