The main retail concourse / circulation space / lobby on on Homer with escalators going up to the 2nd and 3rd floor retail areas.
Not much of a "mall" on the Homer side based on the rendering as there seem to be mostly blank walls at ground level with one cafe.
The restaurants will face Georgia St.
I just noticed in this mega-sized version of the rendering (apologies) that there's a "Whole Foods Market" sign in the drawing, which shows the grocery on the 2nd floor.
The 2016 plans previously had a large retail space in the basement (north side - where this rendering shows a cafeteria (?)). I don't know if that's still retail.
