a business in teh retail at the bay parkade is on FIRE!

the bay store has been attacked and i imagine coach has been looted

Ouch, I travel in and out of the bay (granville station/vancouver city centre station) a lot. I wonder how that's going to fare for the public afterward (i.e. will they close off any areas)

The seymour parkade fire looks huge

I have a friend who's tuned in to aviation radio, he says "I should really hear this". Must be discussion from the sky about the smoke & fires.

There any info on the transit situation downtown? I would think that the biggest thing right now is getting everyone that wants to leave out.

Translink's site has nothing.

Granville, Burrand bridges blocked northbound, as well as the Dunsmuir Viadcut have been completely blocked....
