I worked out there from 2004 - 2006 in the Sterling Point complex across Ashford-Dunwoody from the California Pizza Kitchen. It was the former HBOC HQ's, before they merged with McKesson.
In two short years, I saw countless office buildings from 15 to 40 years old get torn down and replaced by dense residential, especially on the East side of AD.
Now when I go out there, I am blown away with the changes - and it seems to be going to a much different level. The proposal's and announced projects (most rezoned and entitled prior to the meltdown) seem to be finally happening, or about to.
