There's a bit of info in the article, but does anyone around here know much about Sandra Masters?

Former Regina Exhibition Association board chair Sandra Masters launches mayoral campaign

Wondering because I've generally been very underwhelmed by the other options, so any new candidate is definitely getting serious consideration from me.

I don't know but I'd definitely be riding on the right side out of habit. It seems like a strange sign overall.

I believe when you are riding a bike down a highway they encourage you to ride on the shoulder facing traffic. I assume so you can see traffic coming and can try to get out of the way if you see an erratic driver vs having the traffic come up behind you.

However these 2 bike lanes are so close I don't think it would make a difference here.

That street turns right and becomes Prince of Wales. The bike lanes in both directions are on the south side so that bikes heading west wouldn't have to cross into traffic when passing POW. That new bike lane then flows into the bike/walking path that meanders south of Richmond Place.

Looks like a new mixed use development is moving forward at 13th and Elphinstone. If you'll recall, this is the same site where the proposed mixed-use development was rejected at Council several years ago. The proposal this time meets development standards and thus does not need Council approval (just a building permit).

The Cathedral Facebook has a render. Still main floor retail though I don't know who the tenants are.
