i tried to place them as much as i could.... some current towers cannot be viewed in the angle of the skyline... other buildings hide them! but clearly you can see a differene! I will post before and future skyline....so far....

Its actually 11 floors, the floor with the big gap is floor 2 and 3 combined.

No I don't doubt your render. It is the angle. Pity for the Marriott, our tallest current construction will have virtually no impact from certain angles.


That being said, can't wait for that CF tower!

i can't wait to see these towers up!! ....Montreal will dominante ...maybe not against toronto but all other cities in Canada !

Les travaux de préparation du site, qui mèneront sûrement à la construction éventuellement. Comme le Marriott ce projet est vraiment venu de nulle part. Par contre pour la hauteur il y a encore des étapes à franchir et une deuxième crise économique potentielle alors faudra voir comment ça se passera.

putain, si ce projet ce fait réduire (comme autant de projet qu'on connait depuis les 5 dernieres années) je m'en vais en guerre.

La ville est pas contre la hauteur car le projet respecte le zonage alors il y a pas de raison qu'elle leur demande de diminuer (pis de toutes façons ça a été approuvé à 62 étages à la première consultation), faudra juste voir comment ça passera en consultation publique. Mais je pense pas qu'il y aurait de problème dans ce secteur là, y'a presque pas un chat qui habite autour. Je pense que la seule chose qui ferait que la tour n'atteigne pas 200 m est que les unités ne se vendent pas bien ou que la compagnie annule le projet à cause d'une crise. Mais je suis pas inquiet!

Non, je ne suis pas inquiet non plus. Et je ne doute pas de la légitimité su projet. Je ne suis simplement pas surpris que l'excavation n'a pas encore commencé : le projet est meme pas techniquement approuvé encore.
