See I am not sure if it's beige or more a champagne/gold colour in which case it could possibly be innovative for hamilton like the one in toronto of a similar colour. It's why I would need a better render.

Also you guys need to upload your pics to something like imgur as linking directly often causes the image to just disappear eventually. The new render appears to now be gone on the forums.

Have to agree about the design being better but the finishes and colours look terrible .... I liked the red accents before and the more indented terrace

I imagine this will be an ugly precast tower.

Although I enjoyed the old version I very much like this design even better it looks more visually interesting, sleek almost sexy! Also it may just be the colour setting on my screen but this looks gold colour to me which I love!

And we got to get past this 30 floor tabletop that is starting to rear it's ugly head!

Interesting.

Too bad Vranich didn’t use the podium as a green roof and patio.

Still not in love with the colour. I don't think it will age well.

I may be in the minority here but I love this building... the gold colour, the quirky design, the podium looks to be well animated with a wide sidewalk and the roof top terrace is a nice touch! This all adds up to an excellent development in my eyes!

I think it would be amazing if it were gold ...but it'll probably end up being some kind of tan concrete and won't be so amazing

So according to the renderings the lot at the corner next to the great big wall of concrete won't be filled in ...will there still be a small parking lot there? And does he plan on doing something to that exposed wall ?

That is Vrancor's King and Caroline project site of which I haven't heard anything on recently. For now it's hotel guest parking. I don't know if he plans on doing anything with the big blank wall, but I feel like they would've put precast on it by now if they were going to cover it up. It's a great candidate for a big huge art piece though.

I thought this was to include parking in the shorter section?

Yes but I had thought that parking garage would be reserved for building residents and guests only.

Also even if the garage will be open to the public, in the meantime until that garage gets built, say 2 years, a lot of monthly permit holders will be searching for a lot.
