Yeah thats a good one. I just wish that people would fix the haziness of photos. I take that into Photoshop, do an auto levels, bump up the vibrancy, and it ends up looking 10x better.

Great pic, but the eastern and western part of the downtown core is missing.

Not sure if this was ever posted, but it's a fresh angle so worth a 2nd look regardless:

I gave it a quick once-over in Lightroom. Really just levels and white balance, plus a few other little things. There's only so much you can do with a jpeg. Now, comes the tricky business of properly attributing this to the original photographer.

*ahem*

This photo was originally taken by Flickr user cegoyer, as seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/117934613@N04/14909564022/

It was edited, for illustrative purposes, by floobie on SSP forums on August 14th, 2014.

And here's the original again:

Downtown Montreal by cegoyer, on Flickr

Mods, if this is against the rules, or I didn't attribute it correctly, just go ahead and delete this. I tried

Looking at it again, I certainly could've done a better job with the white balance. A bit cooler and more magenta. Whatever
