Hanover’s new-ish build mid rise already looking like affordable housing in comparison.

Developers need to build up and increase the number of units they are providing.

And I think it's only a matter of time before the area at the bottom left gets redeveloped. West Peachtree from 11th-12th is a converted house restaurant, one story office, and two story office, all non-historic.

We haven't even seen the impact of Portman's office tower in that angle. It's going to look massive.

Hope that house (which holds Steamhouse Lounge) stays up as long as possible. It engages the street well and isn't a waste of space by any means. An Steamhouse is a really awesome restaurant. If eventually, as with all good things, it has to go, then I hope it goes last in that area.

Georgia Tech bought the old Sungard data center in the middle. Last I heard, they were tearing it down but no idea what they're planning

You get a better idea of the facade on the west side of Momentum. Looks really good.

That new building is Spring Quarter, at 1020 Spring Street. It's a 25-story office building, and part of the Portman redevelopment of the former Spring Hill Mortuary property.

They've resumed construction on the student housing tower. Assuming they'll reassemble the crane for Monentum once the debris on the damaged floor is cleared.
