Still not Downtown. There are none to find, nothing has been submitted yet - it's just general marketing, not an actual proposal.

Some minor changes in September and they got a new CP in October. Seems like it's proceeding.

Not sure how they possibly thought this could go well for them. Will likely end up making the project take longer than if they had waited for the permits, too.

Not sure where they went wrong with the demolition but they did seem to go through some aspect of the process..
