There is a 0% chance that Comrie starts. Last night there weren’t really any goals that were on Hellebuyck except the Schenn goal. The jets basically forgot to play for about 6 minutes in the second half of the second period. That’s the difference in the game. No question goaltending has to be better, but it’s hard to say that’s the only problem with the team. Also, maybe they should have sheltered helly a little more in the regular season. Maybe don’t have your starter play 62 games.

How do you know it's a concussion? The Jets are being guarded about Scheifele. From what I saw, it looked more like he may have injured/broke a rib.

None of us but Monty have medical degrees, so we don't know for sure, except the very few.

Greatest Jets game I have seen in my life, and I ahve been a fan since I was old enough to remember (1982).

Where does this rank in Winnipeg history, for greatest victories (games)?

I would put this above the 2018 Game 7 vs Nashville, considering we were down two goals with under two minutes left, and tied it with 1.6 seconds left, then won it in OT.

I would put it above any WHA game, since the league was inferior, and there were around 30 pro teams in the mid 1970s, considering there were only a handful of Europeans (no Soviets or Czechs), and many guys who were glorified minor league stars in the league.

I would put it above most Grey Cup victories. Possibly the 2021 game vs Hamilton is comparable.

Overall, this is the greatest Jets game I have ever seen. I'm calling it the "Manitoba Miracle."

Man... still reeling from what is perhaps the greatest Game 7, or any game for that matter, I have ever seen!!

I thought the come back from Game 3 against the Oilers 4 years ago during The Bubble was big, but not like this! Easily this took the cake!

Perfetti with 1.6 seconds in the 3rd to tie it up... I seriously thought this was over until that goal.

Then Lowry putting it away in 2OT.

What a hard fought series. We can now relax with a two-day break, because that's all we will get after Wednesday, where the schedule is every other day moving forward.

Bring on Dallas!!!

That was by far the loudest crowd there has been in CLC.

Watching a few minutes back on tv afterwards the crowd noise was 100% being intentionally lowered on the broadcast feed. As a reference point the third period noise was much louder than the crowd singing Oh Canada.

PS I sort of love that soft protest of the American anthem, aka intentionally being quite and then going all out on Oh Canada.

Congrats all. I even wore my Selanne jersey to bring some extra support to your team and karma for ours.

Great to see 3 Canadian teams still competing.

Let to the party. But that was insane! I had tickets but wasnt able to get to the game as my 3rd child was being born. I was watching on my phone and having a heart attack as my wife weas in labour lmao.

But there were screams and cheers coming throughout the hospital when they scored. Will never forget that experience!

They absolutely turn down the crowd noise, not just for Jets game but all games. It would just be static coming through cause its so loud haha.

I would like it if the jets or someone could dop some proper audio for the crowd noise and try to capture the true nature of the loudness.

Enjoy!! BTW...girls love watching hockey too. I'm sure you will get to watch some Jets playoff games together when she is older, and you will tell her about the game on the day she was born.

100% in agreement with the above! my girl played hockey from 5-18, the last few years on 2 teams, High School & AA. The wonderful sport of hockey has taught her many things about friendship, leadership & adversity and I truly believe it help prep her for the career that she will be starting soon (Paramedic).

go Jets go

There is no way an audio clip could truly capture how loud it was. I've been there when the hype team tries to get a peak crowd and claims to be measuring the crowd noise saying it is for example, 115 dB which is what they had showed the crowd noise on earlier in game 7.

Put it this way, I have more tickets and it exceeded 115 dB to the point it was getting into physically painful range in my ears.

Thanks everyone! My son played sledge hockey this year, he has CP so 'stand-up' hockey is possible for him at this point. He loves it. My other daughter loves Jets and Bombers. So I'm sure we'll run her through the hockey thing in a year or two. My other friends daughters play ringette and both are actually very good and love it.

As for the Jets. Hoping Scheifele would be back tonight, but not expecting it with the non-contact jersey yesterday. Morrissey I'd expect not. Stanely, oh dear god please just run with Fleury from now on.
