Probably just barely. They will add much need depth to this part of the skyline though. But the YUL and the hotel they are building next to it will have a significant impact, not because they are particularily tall, but because they will extend the skyline to the west for the first time in ages.

Yes, and from the Belvedere, these towers will create a visual link between E-Commerce Place and the Henry Hall Building.

What I find annoying is that the gap between the 1250 and Rocca Bella is probably here to stay. UNLESS the TDC 2 blocks it but I'm not sure exactly.

It's grown on me as well. Some days I find it downright ugly, other days it looks very interesting from different angles. the name suits it.

The 180-190 meter towers going up in the financial district don't really make an impact on the skyline. However a few 180-195 meter towers in the Entertainment District would really bulk that area up. Sorely lacking any landmark towers right now.
