What the hell is going on with the paint job? I've never seen something like that on an "in-progress" build.

If they made the canopy shorter and broke it up with a couple pathways, or shortened it from both sides so that it wasn't immediately noticeable if walking in from 5th or 6th, it would be my absolute #1 pick. Everything else about the design is beautiful.

But...since it is so large and imposing, I'm on the fence between them and JCFO.

I couldn't get a picture but I really like the brick facade on Palmer's Broadway Phase I. I think it really stands out amongst stucco.

Same here, it looks like real brick. I just think it was a HUGE wasted opportunity for not lighting up the eaves. It makes the street so much more walkable and vibrant. Hopefully the rooftop sign and blade sign makes up for it.

Speaking of blade signs, what's going on with May Co? I understand it's a large building but I didn't realize it was going to take so long. Anyone have a clue on what the timeline for that is? It's supposed to have a couple blade signs and every single one helps Broadway.

^^^ Here's hoping these 2 towers help spur crazy development in that area.

This picture just made me feel some kind of way looks like the tallest tower should be above ground by the end of this month. Moving fairly quickly.

Its amazing since people a few months ago were swearing it was canceled and the hole was going to be filled back in Where are those people now ? please feel free to raise your hands..... *Crickets Crickets Crickets* .

All we need is the Onni double tower and there will be a mini-cluster right there!

In other news, the 37 story Mack Urban tower received it's permits today so it looks like it's happening. It was supposed to break ground today so if anyone is in the area, please check to see if the site has been fenced off so I can update the front page

This boom already dwarfs the last truly major boom from the late 80's to the early 90's by far.

My only wish is for the mysterious 755 site to be developed. a 60 story slab sided tower would be nice there. But beggars can't be choosers.

Sorry guys, the guy on fb was wrong. It was the 12th & Grand site that was fenced off. The Mack Urban 37 story.

That's great, but I saw that one coming.

A good friend told me a couple of weeks ago, that they are moving forward. I totally forgot about that tower until he mentioned it. I am getting old..

Nice. They have been pretty good with the other two projects so hopefully they continue to be so. Do you have insider info or just based on other reports?

Brigham, nice report! Another solid business for downtown and confirmation that they will restart the tower asap.
