Not to rag on anyone's opinion, but why would Agence Ter be anyone's first choice? The canopy is disinviting to those walking down Hill and rigidly organized structure is awful. It feels like an event space only. It does not feel like a place you go to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or something.
If they made the canopy shorter and broke it up with a couple pathways, or shortened it from both sides so that it wasn't immediately noticeable if walking in from 5th or 6th, it would be my absolute #1 pick. Everything else about the design is beautiful.
But...since it is so large and imposing, I'm on the fence between them and JCFO.
I couldn't get a picture but I really like the brick facade on Palmer's Broadway Phase I. I think it really stands out amongst stucco.
Same here, it looks like real brick. I just think it was a HUGE wasted opportunity for not lighting up the eaves. It makes the street so much more walkable and vibrant. Hopefully the rooftop sign and blade sign makes up for it.
Speaking of blade signs, what's going on with May Co? I understand it's a large building but I didn't realize it was going to take so long. Anyone have a clue on what the timeline for that is? It's supposed to have a couple blade signs and every single one helps Broadway.

In other news, the 37 story Mack Urban tower received it's permits today so it looks like it's happening. It was supposed to break ground today so if anyone is in the area, please check to see if the site has been fenced off so I can update the front page

Oh my word!!!! This Boom is ridiculous!! I am in awe of just the amount that has broken ground in this years 4 months, let alone since last May. This is literally crazy awesome
Onni is *aiming* for a July start on their 12th/Flower project.
Nice. They have been pretty good with the other two projects so hopefully they continue to be so. Do you have insider info or just based on other reports?
