^ Looks like the BMO grounds crew has a pretty good handle on converting the field from one function to another... that's an impressive job.

Lets weigh in IGF VS NMS

My vote? NMS

It does feel a little more big League IMO, Both beautiful, But I do think Regina's stadium had a little more pre thought. Both have good and bad trade offs but if I had to choose one to showcase Canada or my city the edge goes to NMS. put it this way if i rated NMS as an 8/10 IGF is a 7.5/10.

Also curious for TFC fans. After year 1

How in your opinion has the ground share gone so far?

Field/pitch seems to be in good condition. Stadium seems to represent the game day team quite well. Just curious on the opinion of Argo/TFC fans

The Riders play in the nicest stadium in the country.

I feel like I can get used to saying that.

BC Place, IGF, Rogers Centre, Commonwealth Stadium all might have something to say about that.

NMS is very nice, but let's not get carried away here

It's a tough call without being in both stadiums.

IGF looks more symmetrical and seems to have more of an intimate feel - which is what I prefer.

Sorry, no chance of that happening. Arena only (and at the rate that's going, who really knows if that will ever happen)

BC Place and IGF are the only ones that really compare, IMO.

Rogers and Commonwealth are a bit older than those two, but they are still very impressive IMO. Commonwealth is much like Arrowhead Stadium in KC... huge 70s stadiums that have aged extraordinarily well.

Both look very professional and def feel like you're in a major league stadium, especially when they're full. Commonwealth and BC Place used to feel like that too but are now way too big for the CFL - but I'm getting off topic.

I just love the look of NMS a bit more than IGF - it's more of a unique design. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. IGF an 8/10.

I'm carried away. NMS is way better. You're in denial, esquire!

I've been a Bomber fan since Mack Herron and Don Jonas and loathe everything green. I even hate the environment because of them. But I can't lie. It is a beautiful stadium.

It is beautiful, no question there. But way better than IGF? What is it that's way better?

There are some things I really like about NMS... the roofline is very elegant, it looks very unified that way. It looks like the Riders did a great job in terms of the overall fit and finish of their clubhouse... very slick décor job. But beyond that? I'm not sure what exactly is supposed to separate it from IGF.

I think it's easier to base opinions on where the stadiums' fail than on the good parts( there's more of them) Ugly exterior cladding on NMS vs ugly Roof line on IGF. IGF is definitely overrated.

yikes! and so the other provinces looking over the neighbours's fence envy has already begun & NMS is on budget & open on time for its first full football game since only a couple days already.. sigh*

I could say 'eat your guts out rest of Canada'.. but I won't

speaking of ugly exterior cladding I wonder what BMO's makes it better than NMS? i've driven past the exterior of BMO and Roger's Centre and wasn't impressed

IGF's roof covers most of the seating area... give me a wavy roof over my head protecting me from the rain any day.
