My pictures also tend to lean towards more oranges / yellows / reds (aka warmth) like zoomer (maybe this is also why my muse for photography tends to be summer in the Okanagan / Thompson valleys and Fraser Canyon). I’m also big on symmetry and framing. Sadly, I haven’t had any time this last year for photography…
As for Giallo, his style is very different from mine. Giallo seems to like blues, dark greens, silver, and high contrasts.
We also all have different editing styles which will also play in.
Always neat to see how different the same cities are through the lenses of different photographers.

I find that anyone's style of photography highly depends on the location they're shooting in. I definitely have a style that is prevalent throughout my work, but I'll naturally focus on certain things depending on the city.
My photography in Asia is very different from that in Vancouver, for instance, as I'd mostly shoot at night in Asia for various reasons (cities look better at night, it's not as hot). My photography in Asia is/was a lot more urban-focused as well. Vancouver is more mixed as there is so much nature mixed in to the urban fabric.
Actually, I far prefer warmer colour tones, but Vancouver doesn't really lean that way. As zoomer mentioned, it's a very blue/green city, so that's how the colours in my images come out. Shooting at night would change that, but I still haven't committed to a lot of night photography in Vancouver, which probably has to do with my location in the city. If I lived downtown, I'd shoot a lot more at night.
This was my style of photography in Asia. Very different from living in Vancouver.

Sorry for the thread hijack. Once I get talking about photography........
Back to the weather, it looks like Vancouver could drop below freezing this weekend.
