Yeah, it's a huge pit! I wonder how many parking places there will be?

Don't know but my realtor says parking stalls are gonna cost about $50k each and there is no guarantee you can get one.

Telus PROJECT reminds me of the CAPITAL RESIDENCES project. Bigger than your average 30 floor condo tower.

They've encountered much more granite than the office portion. They've been setting off some apartment shaking explosives almost every day this month.

A rather crappy photo taken the other day of the office component, but you can see that it's getting quite close to ground level.

Note Planning Update:

Quote:
CD-1 Text Amendment
Text amendment to CD-1 (525) By-law No. 10433

777 Richards St (DE 415286) -
Application for a text amendment for an addition of an extra floor of Office within the existing approved building.
This would increase the FSR from 17.59 to 18.29.

510 West Georgia Street (DE415285) -
Application for a text amendment to add a mezzanine to the Commercial Retail space located below grade.
The proposed addition is entirely underground and does not change the form of development. This would increase the FSR from 11.61 to 11.76.

City Contact: Dwayne Drobot 604.871.6738
Applicant Contact: Peter Wood Henriquez Partners Architects 604.695.8986
Project: 7306 Proposed
http://cfapp.vancouver.ca/planning_w...SelectTypeID=6

Office portion (fom Seymour) -
Note the round formworks - that will be the access to the underground retail space.

Pic by me today - ceiling down there is definitely tall enough for a mezzanine...
