Indeed.
Maybe it was a mistake to build it 50 years ago, but it's certainly a great example of the modern architecture in Montreal.

That Edmonton shot on the top of the page is fantastic!

Happy 40th CN Tower, thanks for posting those construction pics, always interesting to see. This just made me realize the Calgary Tower will be 50 next year! massive changes in both cities since. Edit. make that 50 in 2018.
