Not sure of the status but back in February they were finishing up the rezoning for phase 2 & 3:

That zoning amendment – introduced to council earlier this month, is expected to see the construction of two towers on top of a commercial base.
There are three towers sharing the same parkade, right?
Yes, however looking at excavated pit it goes under SkyTrain onto a south side of the track where phase 2 will be. So it might actually connect even more towers all together.
This one has been flying under my radar. Thanks for the update. It will be quite the project when fully built out. Not expecting a whole lot architecturally, but should be impressive for its scale and mass.

Sorry, I know not the best view, but the main take away here is that probably north west corner reached its bottom point. Maybe crane will be erected sometime soon.
I had to check out the progress myself just before Christmas. As noted, it is a huge pit and how they are keeping the Skytrain running is really impressive.
The first photo is just for future reference on this project'simpact on Brentwood skyline.
