We got to be forward thinkers and get HOV lanes on the trails too to bypass the walls of groups. Also two trails in either direction for people to ease off and visit local businesses and used bike dealerships.

Towers is reporting that this one has switched to a mix of condo and apartment. The design is radically changed despite the color palette remaining somewhat similar. Pictures are included in his article.

That boardwalk can't happen soon enough. That part of the hike and bike trail may be more cramped than any other stretch of it.

I think I like this one more than the earlier rendering. It's more timeless, in my opinion.

They should have kept the horizontal lines green. That was one of my favorite aspects about the last design. Not as bold IMO but it still works.

Yep, the green absolutely needed to stay put. It's fine though. love the height
