What were the clues again?

3 projects, 2 downtown, one not, 2 substantial height?

If that’s accurate then this could be “one downtown that is not substantial height”

That one would be impressive if it is a real proposal. That appears to be on the of the Workers Compensation parking lot. I think we have all heard the storeys of “ it will be a cold day in hell when the WCB relinquishes their parking.”

Are those renders real proposals? There are some very impressive looking buildings pictured on Graham, where there are currently surface parking lots, in the CentrePlan2050 documents, too, but I assumed they were "aspirational".

Portage & Fort - former CWB Canadian Western Bank location but empty for a few years, has the "for sale / for lease" sign gone and theres activity inside (windows are papered up). great news if a Portage Ave site can have new tennants. Anything would be good!

I would not hold your breath. National Bank bought CWB last week, so it's likely just being taken off the market until they assess all their new assets.
