Good to see. I just did a downtown stroll a few days ago to try to see it as a visitor might. It was during the day, but I had zero negative interactions, and I made a point to stroll north Portage, the exchange, etc.
It also had a bit more of a "residential" feeling to the area. people walking their dogs, riding bikes, etc., and not just around The Forks.
