Yesterday Fougere was saying they want to get extra taxation powers from the province. I think along with the Ring Rd project, he has unrealistic expectations of funding from other govts.

If this is the actual final design, I'm a little on the fence... We don't want everything to be glass and blue/silver tones; you have have something to break the skyline up a bit. I'm just not sure how this will look on a larger scale.

Does anyone know what is being done directly west of The Residences in Harbour Landing? It's not a building, but there are a ton of short posts with wire sticking out the top. It looks too close together for light posts and judging by the benches it's not plug in parking.

The webpage says:

But, it doesn't say where that will be either.
