Fantastic news! Thank you for your hard work and perseverance in helping to further define the Philly skyline. A lot of us were keeping a close eye on this one and hoping that it came to fruition. My hats off to you, sir!

It's ashame none of these new hotels will be done for visitors to enjoy when the pope visits and the convention in 16.
