I've always wanted to make one. I'll take a stab at it. Work is really busy right now, might take me a while to find the free time.

Managed to carve out some free time. And it's already approved! This one was pretty tough for a first project. I relied on Photoshop filters to try to represent the facade breaks on the upper portion of the building. And I'm not at all happy with the dual tone bottom. Now a real artist can make a good version to swap out with my "placeholder":

Oh, and this is important - at the time the building was listed in the dB at ~167 meters. I used the thread title, 582 feet, to bring it to 177.4 meters. The diagram mods updated their entry, and you now see that it's moved higher than Commerce Square. If that was wrong, someone needs to update it.

Closed all of the loans and agreements today. Over 600 signature pages. It's happening. Construction will begin as soon as we can get the equipment onsite.

Don't ask me any other questions. I've done a lot of difficult things but nothing comes close to the difficulty of getting this done!
