Why?

I understand the annoyance if you are trying to market something, but in this case - why not use a tool that can render something incredibly quickly that you can have fun with and use as a conversation piece.

I though it was great, and neat to see what the area would look like filled in a bit more. He also stipulated that is was an AI render.

Much better than the renders I have put out in the past with my blocky green buildings.

Everytime we walk through the area, it just seems like the logical move, with it being a gate way to the exchange, downtown and the Forks, you'd think they'd have at least explored the idea by now.

I can't believe no one has capitalized on any of those surface lots around the ball park for high-rise apartments. You basically will have unobstructed views of the river/Exchange/Forks for ever.

Richardson’s and the nutty club family. They own a few of the corner lots. The city owns the big ball park parking lot.

Weren't the Nutty Club buildings put up for sale recently? Did they ever sell?
