I asked a few shop keepers around this building about it & they told IT Park. No idea which company is planning to come here. Why are they covering it with glass? For heating up inside? and then waste electricity to cool it? I don't think this is a green building. If they had covered it with building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) panels then one could have appreciated it.
