Hey, I filmed and edited this video. The neighboring building is not in the video because I don't know when they get occupancy and I don't want to breach someone's privacy.
Picture update January 5th. Looks like there finishing a parking level every three weeks.
Expecting this one to be at ground level March and gain respectable height by late spring/early summer. https://flic.kr/p/2kprMbf

I can just imagine being an owner in Soho Champagne watching this go up and wondering when and if Champagne phase 2 will ever go up. I imagine they would be angry that they STILL don't have their amenity spaces that are part of phase 2, but relieved that they are not sandwiched in yet.
Decision deferred. You would think that development charges would be based on when you apply, not when the permit is issued. That would prevent a whole lot of these types of appeals.
Walked by there on the weekend. I noticed that a couple of the houses along Preston are getting re-clad (not sure what for), and the industrial building on the next block is being gutted to become a furniture store. That end of Preston is going to be dramatically different in the next few years.

Just imagine what the new Civic Hospital and the new 'Distillery-District-Like District' will do for this area!
