Yeah that isn't the most flattering picture. We really need to start a petition for rooflines as mandatory. Mechanical penthouse just doesn't quite do it for me.

There's a decently interesting roof element at the south-east corner. Wish they would have continued that roof element (as lower inset walls) across the rest of the roof line.

All the more reason to be thankful for Dale 1 and Parkdale Collective I suppose. I really really do appreciate Dale 1. It's a pretty standard tower but masterfully done IMO.

The next Claridge tower, who the heck knows when they'll start her up, should have that glass corner and roof element at the north-west corner, so that should help a bit.

It has some nice flair to it up close which I really appreciate. Having townhouses on the ground level along Lett st. is a nice touch. There are townhouses across the street as well. I'd like to see that trend continue to a certain extent through the flats. A continuous fabric of small shops and townhomes is what will set this neighbourhood apart from our ever evolving downtown core which is a little.. I dunno.. sterile feeling? Not too far away are some absolutely stunning homes at the bottom of the Cathedral Hill building. I don't even care to imagine what the mortgage is on those spots but I sure am glad they built them.

From yesterday. Looks really good from ground level. One that's nicer up close than from a distance.
