mcminsen, you did it again, found another great angle. Did not realize the South and North façade, angle out that much.
Will have to plagiarize this angle for my next video update (topping out).

Thanks! Well, you don't have to go too far to get that specific angle. It's just along the seawall between the causeway and the water just south of the Vancouver Yacht Club.

The thing I'm trying to figure out is if the very top part of the facade (over Alberni) actually slopes back like it seems to in this render.

Kengo Kuma is a genius. I could look at his work all day.

I wish this tower would be along West Georgia Street for people to be able to marvel it. Its location will have it quite hidden from sight once the area builds out which is shame as this is the best building there is going to be.

It looks like just 4 inhabitable floors and 1 mechanical penthouse floor.

The top three penthouse floors will have 0.4m higher ceilings compared to the other floors.

I think where that bridge to the tower crane was level 37?

The deck in the last posting by mcminsen is the 42nd floor. The thread has this tower at 42 Fl, I always though it was going to be a 43 floor tower.
Some nice drone shots (sunny day, probably taken on Oct 4th) from Graham's Twitter https://twitter.com/GrahamBuilds/status/1446204197314105346

This elevation says it's 42 floors but then the floor plans lists floor 43
