They need a statue of Rick on his horse installed on the Nelson Street Bridge, would definitely draw tourists down to the area.

I couldn't find where we the discussion was being had, but looks like the pedestrian bridge is open (opening?) Would be cool if someone could confirm, as I'm in new york.

As of Wednesday it was not officially open, but there was a decent size gap in the fence. A group of Atlanta United fans may or may not have crossed it before the game.

Those wooden and metal chairs are nearly identical except the finish to what New City just put in the Fourth Ward park. I wonder who they’re by??

Is that railroad still active? I'd imagine it would be really loud for the renters and hotel dwellers.

It's probably a top 20 freight railroad corridor in the US. Both a CSX and NS mainline.

I believe they don't have to blow the whistle in this location though.
