Yeah, the umbrella term for Canadian and American football is "gridiron football".

And of course, somewhat ironically, the lines at NMS wouldn't work for "American football".

I find that American usage sometimes creeps into Canadian speech like this.

For example, occasionally I hear Canadians refer to aboriginal/First Nations people *in Canada* as "Native Americans"...

It's supposed to be reintegrated into the residential neighborhood with some medium to high density residential. You can check out preliminary ideas over on Regina Revitalization but this is really just pie in the sky stuff right now. They look to be reintegrating the South Railway road which lies just South of the Field House and Lawson Aquatic facility. Not sure how they plan to make that intersection which would be across the street from the new stadium work with the train tracks right there as well. Lots of interesting little puzzles in this one.

Makes sense, I like it.

Sadly the CanadInns site redevelopment has not really taken off... all that's there is a vacant Target store (which was open for all of maybe three months) and a ton of empty scrub land. The redevelopment was derailed by Target's implosion... hopefully you guys have better luck.

Unless you answer yes to that question then that is such childish nonsense. Just because you may not like him, his policies or what he did etc he was still our Prime Minister. Just like Justin Trudeau is currently our Prime Minister. Doesn't matter what side of the political aisle you are in they are both our Prime Ministers (one past and one present). We, as Canadians, voted the electoral system in place at the time of the elections with fair and honest elections and the result was first Harper and now Trudeau became PM. We as Canadians had that choice and that is what we as Canadians chose collectively. One or the other may not have been your personal choice but whomever wins in the system became the PM for all of us.

Once that area is rebuilt it's going to make the game day experience even more incredible. Going to Rider games in the past it was like, go to the game then get the hell out of there, lol.
