Isn't there currently a height cap in that area?

It’s not the tallest building but it’s one of my favorites. Just like how the Hyatt Centric was my favorite building in the last wave.

for the love of god, build this JUST as-is. We need developments like this LINING the lake wherever available.

This project like many of the larger downtown projects, has had no updates on the site plan this year.

I need to see more inventive midrises like this on the south shore. I'm actually cool with not getting a lot of height if we can do 10-12 stories with interesting design.

I wouldn't expect too much movement on any of those until there is a bit more clarity on the national and global economic situations.

This building gives me 50's vibes, not in terms of architecture of course, but like if you took a 50s car and turned it into a building. Bright colors, sleek curves, futuristic. Hope it gets built.

What's up with the boardwalk section? Are there actual plans for a boardwalk in front of the Hyatt? Honestly would love it. That part is a major bottleneck.

Take a look at the autoplay animation on the home page here and tell me if you spot anything funny about the people walking along the trail along the lake.

I see people walking through things like they're holograms. Is that what you mean?

Agreed on the boardwalk. The more things we have along the shore, the more congestion there will be for everyone. We really just need an upper deck.
