Awesome shots. Those units will have a nice view of the baseball stadium and 3rd Ward park when they get built. It will be interesting to see how this highrise fits in with all of the midrise structures in the area.

I think there are enough tall buildings around it for it to fit-in well and extend the skyline. As I said in the other thread, this building is moving quickly towards topping-out.

As I said in previous post, post-tension concrete structures can rise rather quickly; especially in a minimal seimic area.

From my count, it appears that the 44th floor is being framed.

Yea, that area of uptown has too many. One of those lots is actually going to become a park. Two others (one being the dirt lot) were slated for a new AAA baseball stadium. But that's still a few years off until the economy recovers.

It still is. Post-tension strucutures can go from bottom to top.
