It's quite intense for a mere reflection. Also, the light seems to come from inside the roof. Hard to tell.

Take a look at the Banque Nationale tower, and you will see a reflection on the tower beside it.

With what is probably a 20 to 30 sec exposure, this could very well be a reflection of the Marriott sign. But it is true that the colour appears to be a bit intense given the distance between the two. But it there not also a flashing red light on the crane of the top of the Deloitte tower? I think we found our answer
