I never realized those buildings in Austin and Boston are so similar. Then again, they're not buildings I really think about. But to your point, I could see that kind of lighting working well on 300 Main. Especially on the crown; I'm not sure where else it wouldn't interfere with residents inside.

Posting credit to @estebans_concrete on IG- who have shared a few progress updates over the last few months..

Also, the crane was raised for the last portion of the building last night- it looks like there's 7-8 floors remaining? I'm guessing this will be topped out a couple months from right now if not sooner

You're right, I didn't even really think about the balcony lights until you mentioned it lol.

I like this facade color a lot so far, gonna be interesting to see how the glass looks with it. It should go up a decent bit faster from here since i think this is the last full floor before the narrower section starts going up.

Yes, 8 floors above the one they're currently working on. The top floor, as is the current floor, will be a taller floor. Then the crown and mechanical house on top of that. In the first aerial photo, it should top out about where the top of the Nix Building is.

^^ Thanks, Raul. It seems we have verification that the shorter tower segment is topped out.

Definitely making an impact. Starting to make a pretty dense pocket there. Those lots around the Weston Centre are begging for a tower or 2. Probably wouldn't be the worst thing to move the Greyhound station too lol.

That's got to be one of those mansions on Ashby, uphill of the tennis courts in the park.

Looks like it's gonna crack 300' after this floor. This thing is starting to move really fast now. Probably going to top out sometime next month if I had to guess.

There may be a slight slowdown as they work on the forms for the 2-level atrium at the balcony level. But otherwise, yes, the smaller floorplates seem to be going faster.

Ahh that makes sense, forgot about that. Was wondering why this top part was starting to seem skinnier than in the renderings.

Speaking of which, they're working on the forms right now.
