Good looks on the pics. Hopefully we get some news on the Hemisfair Hotel/Apt towers soon. Having both ready by the 2025 Final Four is starting to seem like a stretch.

Does anyone know if they've secured funding for both projects?

Had forgotten to share this from Sunday night but I was looking at the webcam and had noticed that the Frost was changing colors for a while. I had never noticed that happening before but it was something worth sharing I thought in case it was a rare occurrence.
(Sorry if the video sharing link is not working I didn’t know of an alternative way)

The lights have been changing color for some time, perhaps from the beginning. It is pretty cool.

I should rephrase - I meant that I had never seen the flashing colors effect on the building before (it kept changing like every ten seconds) for a long time I had only ever seen it maintain a color or a mix of a few colors on whatever given night

Here's another neat video from TexasTravelers where he drives toward DT on 37 and later northbound on 35 - there are some good shots of 300 mains façade work at around the 3:30 mark. You can see those glass panels pretty good on here

Sort of starting to get W Austin vibes from the color of this one. I think the darker hue will be a nice addition to the skyline.

Took this from Stone Oak tonight. 300 Main looks really slender from the north.

Awesome shot- and great work! Thx for sharing
Really like the amount of infill this one brings especially from that angle.
Even if they don't do anything crazy with the crown I still think this should light up pretty nicely

Thanks for the photo, theOGalexd. Like the incoming freshman said in Dazed and Confused, it's gettin' there.

The building lights at night are quite impressive actually! Just comparing to Denver, where I live, its a much more colorful skyline at night than here.

Appreciate the compliments! This one definitely is adding some nice density. The stretch between the Thompson and Frost looking south is starting to look good.

Stone Oak does have some solid views! I always forget there's that hill down by Monte Vista until I take a picture from Stone Oak and the bottom 1/4 of the buildings are cut off lol.

Found a couple of drone videos that had some very impressive quality imo - it was also cool to see some drone footage after 300 Main / the new hotel were topped out
