Part One. It was a fun philosophical question inspired by TorontoDrew comments (once again) that the BMU and some missing panels are integral to declaring this complete.

Part Two. The crane certainly sucks for the penthouse however, there's worse things for homeowners than dirty windows. The majority of units can't see it. Missing or broken panels can't be solely attributed to the belated BMU arrival. Lots of buildings have broken or missing panels years after completion with installed BMUs. I would think the homeowners of L would place higher priority on the unfinished amenities than the crane.

It's great to see Calgary finally getting a tall building. Hell it's been weeks since the last one topped out

@Chadillaccc - thanks for the photos.
Telus Sky is turning out to be better than expected. It's a Chameleon. From the ground, and depending the angle of view, we get a herringbone, and sometimes a 3D Escher. It's become my favorite Calgary high-rise.

"Once Again" get off your high horse and stop trolling me. I never said it was integeral to declaring the project complete. Youre the only person though who considers this tower finished when it's clearly not. Until the exterior is completed to match the architects specs this tower can not be considered a finished product. And your opinion most likey is based off just needing to argue my posts. You do it constantly. Im flattered to have such an important person like you as my own personal troll.

You said it again immediately after you wrote this and last page when you wrote, "They started construction on it October 2009, while it's off the U/C list the tower still isn't 100% complete." The bolded part being the usual passive aggressive "trolling" that isn't fooling anyone.

Sorry guys. I just can't resist lunacy.

Loving that update Cold, they're looking great (for what the design is, which is a fair one)

That's a nice building on the right side, first photo.

Also, appreciate that photo of Toronto's skyline Nite.....insane density you can see there. The bay Park Centre will be looming in the background.

Yea, it's a fair project. I like the base, it's pretty neat what they went for there.

Re: 10 York

It's an average building that doesn't deserve to be 200 metres tall (like so many others) however, everyone fears were 300 Front part deux. That it ain't.
