I don't know if you can see them, but there are about 3 sets of wires or cords that are running from the roof of the retail part just about the rec room to the very top of tower 1. Anyone know what they might be for?

Ropes that workers use to scale down the side of the building. Lands on the 3rd floor outdoor amenity area.

They are cleaning the exterior windows and balconies of that side of the building starting tomorrow. The ropes are tied to the railing when not in use.

the green wall next to that entrance looks pretty good.

----

there is a rezoning or permit application posted about a liquor license, it applies to the movie theatre. It mentions an exterior terrace for drinking.

there is a public hearing on dec 15.

a quote in an email blast from the CEO of Shape Properties about the current market and expectations for the future (this section of the email talks about TAB)

"WHAT’S COMING NEXT YEAR

In keeping with our positive outlook for 2021, we can’t wait to start the year off strong. This means:

- Bringing The Amazing Brentwood’s highly anticipated Tower FIVE to market

My understanding is that Tower Five is a market-res tower and Tower Four will be rental.

Nice. Looking forward to more towers going up. Here's the complex on yesterday's foggy morning.

Is there updated pictures for the spots where towers 4 and 5 will be? Also is 4 and 5 going to as tall as towers 1-3?

T5's location is confirmed as well from other rezoning documents. I believe T4 is to have the promised community centre at the ground level.

Good to hear about T5 proceeding.
I wonder if it will be a clone of T3?

The Community Centre was supposed to be under T6 in earlier plans, but seems to have disappeared from the current plans at the Amazing Brentwood website (the podium there is now shown in blue as office space) - so you could be right that it has moved to T4, but T4 doesn't have the adjacent rooftop space for tennis/basketball courts that T6 did.

That's a damn good looking property.

Cant wait to see it buzzing with people and activity when this pandemic and winter are both over.

That screen is on the plaza is super bright and must be driving tower 2 residents crazy. The whole side of the building is illuminated by it.
